Cleanliness is good there is no harm. Can you rationalise that you will only clean areas things that actually got dirty because of masturbation? Also is there any kind of guilt or doubts inside you with responsibility to masturbation? Because it is normal natural and right to masturbate. Because your body is growing sexually it is secreting hormones that want you to think and feel sexually. As long as you are not misusing it or exploiting it or taking it too far. You could use condom during masturbation if you think your bedsheet body is getting dirty. Rationalise as much. If this persists then pls consult a clinical psychologist for further treatment around your developing ocd. Pls don't worry all shall be fine.

Not needed, the fluid is not infective and mere use of tissues to clean the surface and skin is enough. Also your frequency of masturbation is less. In your age people do almost once daily. Since you do rarely, more fluid is coming out. First you should know the myths and facts about masturbation. Masturbation is a very healthy form of sexual outlet, do not feel guilty about it. Nearly 99% of men and more than 60% of women masturbate. It starts from adolescence and goes on in some people even till death. The pleasure (orgasm) from masturbation is said to be unique from sexual intercourse. In men, most of the liquid contains only water and some fructose and hormones. Hence it does not drain your energy. Many equate masturbation/ seminal fluid loss to lack of energy, impotency and so on. Many quacks, religious heads and pseudo healers also propagate the idea that masturbation is a disorder/ and wrongful behavior and instill fear on the mind of innocent men and women (we can see posters in train and bus stand, offering help for this behavior). Consult a psychiatrist, if you have excessive masturbation guilt or compulsive masturbation. Compulsive masturbation is when a person continues with frequent masturbation neglecting his/ her other work like education, job or social obligations. In fact masturbation reduces the sexual tension and helps focus on task at hand better.

No need to wash clothes if you didn't spill over. As masturbation is equivalent to a proper sexual intercourse, you will have some fatigue and a sweaty body as well. A bath in the morning (morning) will do good for freshness in mind and body. You may divert or distract your sexual thoughts with your study topics/puzzles/trivia/mcq workouts. You can greatly use your obsessiveness (if you try you can man), to do this. Talk to a psychiatrist/psychologist, you have great chance of clearing neet with your obsessiveness. Ocd is troublesome. But it is wiser to turn your disadvantages into advantages and if only you apply your brain over mind. Masturb frequency is ok, as far as it relieves stress and tension of an overwhelmingly strenuous day. Other relaxation techniques like yoga, movie song dance moves imitating, chess, aerobics, sleeping with favourite songs faintly in the background, jogging, swimming, cycling, sports for atleast 15-30 minutes a day will do better relaxation than masturb. And help with good blood flow to the brain, freshness and mind and body strength. (for cleaning cloths after masturb you may try avoiding clothes! floors/private gardens/ a slender plastic/leathery tubes/tumbler/holed up dish sponges/ just use your imagination, but play it safe, don't increase the frequency)
