Hi there, I am 24 years old, I have had headaches similar to cluster and migraines already 8 years, but in the past 3,4 years I have had them every single day. From 15 min till 3h and sometimes couple times a day. Last year I had surgery, the nose septum but it didn't help. This year I have done all the tests, blood image is perfect, my thyroid is perfect, mri was good except the diagnosis of all 3 sinuses infection and without liquid in them, but it was determined by the neurologist and orl doctor that I have "chronic complicated migraines" after the treatment with carbamazepine and vitamins, the headaches were still there, nothing has changed. So I did couple of days ago the angiography and it was determined that everything was normal except sinusitis of all 3 sinuses and "hypoplasia left transverse sinus venous" is this hypoplasia dangerous, how can I cure this? Thank you in advance.
