I have post nasal drip, no fever, no cough and transparent mucus. But have pain behind eyes, pain in ears and I feel my throat and ear gives hotness from inside and rare minor chills. I hv muscular pain too. On 25th jan doc gave me zifi 200, foracort inhaler and montair lc. Though I dnt know what's wrong. There is minor improvement with this medicine. What can be reason for all this. 5 years bck I was diagnosed with rhinosinusitis.

All this is probably due to rhinosinusitis. Use saline nasal drops and steam also along with the medicine.

It can be because of sinusitis. 1. Do saline gargles daily. 2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. 3. You seem to be suffering from sinusitis again and this time this appears to be caused by allergies. For a permanent cure get a skin prick allergy testing done and take vaccines for the allergies. Surgery can be tried but for preventing recurrence of the problems you need to get a skin prick allergy testing.
