Hi doctor my father has had lung cancer since 2018 with stage 4 has taken target therapy for 3 years recently diagnosed it?s been spread to bone my treating doctor has switched the injection from bevaza zumba to injection carbotero 450 mg, paclitero 100 mg currently he is having pain stomach and mostly all over the body he is feeling very tired. To reduce the pain he is taking some painkiller tablet but it is not working. Could you please advice is there anything better to do to control the pain email

Hi lybrate-user can you name the pain killer tablet he is using and the frequency. So that we can add another or change the frequency as pain control is very important in malignancy. Need to titrate the doses and add different groups of medicines for pain.
