Helo. I have a lot of respect for the medical profession.i know many has worked hard to be in this field. But I am fed up of hearing masturbation as a healthy thing. From experience of masturbation 14 to 22 years, I had on an off period where I masturbated alot, on those years I have experienced weakness in physical body, weak bones, eye sunk, bad skin and crack on face, weight loss, tired, eye floaters and poor vision, body aches and fatigue. All these symptoms I experienced and when I stop masturbation my symptoms fade away and I began to feel good but when I came back to masturbation due to addiction I begun to face poor health again which I mentioned. I even have pimples and oily face but pimples slowly goes away after stopping masturbation. I believe ejaculation effect our hormones which is why pimples and oily face occurs. Yes I believe not everyone will have pimples because of masturbation because of hormones and testosterone or physicality different in each other. Masturbation from experience and observations in my body I can say that it depletes nutrients, vitamins and minerals from our body. If anyone out there in Lybrate who understands my problems.
