Should I go for mri of spine to see if it is compressing or not can this tight band around my head will ever go will my giddiness n balance n sensitivity to light will ever cure right now m having vertin 8 n stemetil for that please help m v tense can cervical spondylosis will ever cure how much time it take for posture to correct m doing every exercises including chintuck.

Dear lybrate-user you can get mri scervical spine done, but better see an orthopedic consultant near you. Start wearing cervical soft collar for one month. It should be removed only while eating bathing and sleeping. Start with cervical physiotherapy excercise in the meantime. See a physiotherapist doctor to learn neck exercise.
