Hi, I am having slightly pain while urinating, low back pain, irregular urine, I have consulted to doctor, they've done the urine, blood test, and abdomen scan, in urine report little pus cells founded, else all normal. In scan report its given this "hyperechoic bilateral renal pyramids are noted" impression- hyperechoic renal pyramids - possible early changes of medullary nephrocalcinosis. Normal urinary bladder and thickness. I had showed reports to general physician, she said to drink plenty of water, given a painkiller and zenflox uti tablet along with mulberry tablet. Still I am having little pain while urinating and low back pain. I want to know is it a serious problem? Why it happened? And how to cure? please help, as I am so much worried about it.
