Hi am a 24 year old female living with hiv and been having upper right back pain for the past 4 years, and it worsens as I try to take deep breaths. I also had chest wall incision and drainage operation last year and as I was diagnosed with chest wall tb. The x-rays for my lungs came out normal post operation. What might be causing the pain?
