I am ashamed to tell this but I somehow need to find a cure. I am doing masturbation from 7th std itself, not know how I started. But now I am at end of engineering studies. I have found a abnormal growth in my starting of college without pain. I found guilty to ask help. Now I feel like I had got my right testicle to grow exponentially and it used to get inside my abdomen during the sleep position. And came out during wake up.
