Hello doctor. I am 31 years old with no kids. Married for 2 years. One left ectopic tubal abortion. This month I took clomid 50 mg one table for 5 days and prognova 1 1 for 14 days .on day 12 and day 14 scan I have no mature follicle the largest mature follicle is 7 mm and the endometrial thickness is 8 mm. On day 23 and 24 I have spotting but only 2 to 3 drops of blood. Now I am on 32 day of cycle. I am waiting for my periods. But no period at all. What can I do to induce my period. I am from Pakistan please tell me the name of tablets which is available in Pakistan.
