Hello, my wife is 32 weeks pregnant and glucose levels were 97 and 136 a week back. When we got tested it today, readings are 92 and 116. Hba1c is 5.01 and ebg is 97.09. However, doctor has suggested to use glycomet 500 until delivery. We are really worried as to understand the need to use medicine though glucose levels are not too high. This is the first pregnancy and no history of any problems. Kindly suggest.
