I'm a 23 year old male. I vomited three times last night and had loose motions after experiencing a stomach ache. Though i'm not experiencing stomach ache now but I vomited and had loose motions today too. I took ridol medicine for loose motions today. I feel nauseous even after drinking water.

You are suffering with acute gastroenteritis mostly due to water or food contamination. If you're symptoms aren't subsiding should consult doctor as you may require antibiotics. Keep yourself hydrated with ors or electral. Take probiotic. For vomitings you can take ondem md or zofer 4 mg for now.

Do not take ridol. Sounds like food poisoning. If water loss is making patient dehydrated then may need some iv fluid replacement. And a course of antibiotics at the max.
