Hi, i'm female age 24 years old. I'm a software engineer and i'm compelled to sit for many hours that's why i'm gaining weight. Is it ok if I eat 3 chapatis for my lunch. Which food should I prefer for my breakfast and dinner please do suggest me. My height is 152 cm and weight is 75kgs. Please advise.

Hi lybrate-user, more than counting the number of chapatis, I think it is important for you to exercise for at least 45 minutes everyday. If you can't make time for exercise, use stairs in office, get up & walk around the office every hour, cut down on fried foods & snacks, eat more fruits/vegetables and whole grain options. There is no replacement for physical activity. Not having enough time to exercise is an excuse for lazy people as the saying goes- if you can't take out time for health now, you'll have to take out time for disease later. So make your choice & get going.
