I am 37 year old female. My weight is 48. 8 kg and height is 166 cm. I was trying to conceive from last two months and taking folic acid and dydroestrogen. But no luck. Later I got my blood test done. It is find out that I have thyroid and pre-diabetes and I am vitamin d deficient too. I am mentioning my readings for each. Fasting blood glucose - 115 mg/do t4, total (serum, clia) - 4.48 ug/dl tsh (ultra-sensitive, serum, clia) - 30.05 uiu/ml vitamin d, 25 hydroxy (serum, clia) - 7.81 ng/ml I don't even eat one spoon of sugar in a day. Kindly suggest the diet and lifestyle changes so that I can control all these. Thank you.
