Before 4-5 years I was suffering from high fever, in that condition automatically I lost hearing from my right ear only auditory nerve is damaged drum and everything is perfect, I have done checkups and treatments but everyone said no chance to solve or fix it now, and I do not believe that its a impossible thing.:) because of My ear drum is perfect I can hear touch, voice or sound but not from auditory nerve. So do you have any doctor who can treat and solve this issue?

Dear lybrate-user if attach an audiogram report or mention the audiogram findings will give me clear idea about type of hearing loss whether it's treatable or not. If it's sensorineural hearing loss in which ear drum is normal but there is permanent loss of inner ear that is cochlea or auditory nerve is mostly not treated by medical or surgical treatment.
