As by the prescription it is four times daily one drop and after about five days reduce the dose to one drop three times daily and then twice daily and lastly once day and then stop. It is not advisable to stop steroids suddenly. We have to reduce the dose and stop it slowly. Also it is not advisable to continue steroid drops for a long time as it may lead to some complications.
