I have not missed period till now though I am confused whether it is implanting blood or period, I fear to be pregnant can I take the pregnancy test at home for making it sure before next month's period as I am confused about its implanting blood or period?

The pregnancy test done at home can only show positive after 7 days of a missed period. Before that time it is irreverent. Implantation bleeding is very minimal in quantity and seen only as spots for 1 day, unlike a normal period which runs for 3-5 days. Implantation bleeding may come slightly before the due date of a normal period so it isn't too difficult to differentiate from a normal period. For you the best option is to use an oral contraceptive.

You can take the urine pregnancy test now also or 1 week later. In case of implantation bleeding it will be positive or else negative.
