I am 38 years old, male, I had urinary stone 3 years ago and in the same time, the doctor noticed I suffered from bph ,the enlargement was mild and psa =3.then the doctor removed the stone and he gave me alfuzosin tablet 40 mg every day one tab at night .i keep taking this drug two years and half ,after that, I feel better now but 2 months ago I have married ,i have had a sexual problem (penis erection and some congestion) then I stopped to take my tablet alfuzosin for 3 months ,and I went to the hospital ,the doctor told me everything is fine after anal examination ,i had a blood test and urine test .psa=0.3.i was wondering if I can still stopped taking my drug (alfuzosin)? I think I am better and also my test is fine. What do you think should I do?
