In that month she had medicine for a delayed period and on the 17th of Jan, she had her period. On 25th Jan she went to the doctor for lumps in her vagina and the doctor prescribed some meds. One of the meds is dronis 30. From 14th feb onwards she started to take this med she found some blood spot almost every day. In feb he had her period on 14th feb. After her period she found a blood spot and she feels uneasy. What is the reason? She tested urine hcg test on 31st Jan, 1st Feb, 12th Feb, 13th Feb, 14th feb, 4th March and 5th March all reports were negative. She feels pain in her abdomen from yesterday I am worried. What is the reason behind it?

Dear lybrate-user, from the information provided by you, she is not pregnant. Dronis is a type of oral contraceptive pill which is often given for cycle regulation. Ask her if she is taking that regularly because if few doses are missed then on and off bleeding is almost always observed and this is commonly seen when patients are not regular with their medications. You may also get an ultrasound done. Pain can also be due to infection, stomach upset, constipation etc. Consult for further information. Take care.

This is breakthrough bleeding because of low levels of hormone. There is nothing to be worried about.
