I am 22 years female I have lump in left breast, for that I have undergo surgery on 24 jan 2020, after that my shoulder get stiff and I undergo physiotherapy until oct after that I have pain in left shoulder that radiated to the scapula region, left clavicle and whenever I have pain my whole arm get stiff and now I have sharp and stabbing pain in neck that radiated to even left ear. Push your chin forward in a way that stretches the throat. Softly tense the neck muscles. Hold this for 5 seconds.Return your head to its center position.
