Hello! had you got any scans/ follicular monitoring this month? We need to check if there was a dominant follicle growing with egg inside it. If yes then response to clomid was good. So depending on that should think of increasing dose or changing the medicine. It would be helpful if you could provide more information regarding your menstrual history, previous pregnancy or abortions, your bmi and other test reports. You can change clomid to letrazole, but only under the supervision of a gynecologist.
