Hi im 31 male I feel pain when I press left side of my chest just 1 inch below my nipple so is it heart related problem or muscle problem? I hv no breathing issues, walks 3 km normally without getting breathless my ecg is normal lipid test also normal. But I have little bit anxiety and hypertension my b.p n heart rate fluctuates when ever I get curious about any thing or visit doctor. Now from some days i'm feeling pain when I press left side.
