I am suffering from little phase defect. Spotting occur through out cycle. Can I use utrogestan vaginal 200/400 mg capsules�for my little phase defect. How can I use it vaginal/orally. For how many days?

if you have luteal phase defect then you need PROGESTERONE support in pregnancy. you can use utrogestan vaginal capsules .use them vaginally.insert them vaginally at night . taken orally they will not be effective
