The 32 year-old currently pregnant woman presented with severe itching and pain at the genitals. The itching started when she was pregnant with her third born, who is 2 years old now. She has been to hospital so many times and has tried a lot of different medication but to no avail. Hpc: itching is external on the suprapubis and the labia majora. The itching is so intense that it mostly become sore due to frequent scratching. Dhx: she has tried the ff meds miconazole, clotrimazole 2%, fluconazole tabs, neomycin cream yet to no avail. O/e: no visible rash seen but skin of the labia majora is rough and crusty. How should I treat her.
