Hello doctor, I am 7 weeks pregnant without any symptoms of nausea and vomiting. My earlier gynecologist had advised me tablet fol 123 mf for one month. My new doctor has recently advised me to take tablet all9nvp. Kindly advise out of both which tablet is better.
