I have pcos and have been experiencing light bleeding for more than 20 days now. My doctor has put me on trenaxa for 5 days, but after completing the dosage bleeding has increased now. Also, my endometrial layer is also 11. 4 mm. Is it normal to get heavy periods even after taking trenaxa?

The endometrial lining is thicker than normal. You will require hormone tablets to control your bleeding

With endometrial thickness of 11 mm, tranexamic acid won't be of help, better to take hormonal tablets after consulting gynaec.
