I took duphaston for 10 days, periods didn?t came till today which is 3rd day after stopping. Urine test is negative. I feel pressure in my lower abdomen. I am gaining weight and tummy is also increasing. Is it effect of duphaston or I may be pregnant as I am trying to conceive. Although, I too have endometriosis cyst in my right ovary. I am worried for my pregnancy. Please suggest.
