I am 27 years old female, 5'3, 46 kgs, suffering from excessive hair fall since the last 8-10 months especially. I do not colour my hair or use styling treatments. My hair care routine is oiling my hair before wash for 3-4 hours and using chemical free shampoo, washing twice a week. I eat homemade food and my periods are regular as well, and no stress. But since the last 8-10 months, despite all good practices I have been facing way more hair fall than usual. I have tried homemade hairpacks as well using aloe vera, curd, eggs etc on hair, also consumed nigella seeds (kalonji) everyday for almost 3 months. None of this has helped. Please advise.
