I am a 35 year old male. Weight: 85 kg no existing health complications or medication. On my head, I mostly only sweat around the left temporal region. It has been like this for as long as I can remember. There is no occurrence of hot flashes or unexplained headaches. The sweat is in response to heat/exertion and feels completely normal. I just recently got curious as to what could be going on with this asymmetry.
