24 years old man having prostate hyperplasia. Psa test is normal urine culture: few pus cells, occasional gram positive cocci in clusters, pairs and occasional gram negative bacilli were seen three months before urine culture says: klebsiella pneumonia (given above is one month before test) he's having burning sensation and sharp pain during palpate bladder when it's full for 10 months. But no fever and no any other symptoms.
