I took clonazepam + escitalopram (nexito plus) tablet for 15 (8-22 march) days and stop. I missed my (26 mach). Pregnancy test is positive. What side-effects will have on child? Should I abort or take this?

Side effects are not significant. Do consult psychiatrist to inform about pregnancy so he/she will prescribe accordingly. Also consult gynecologist for pregnancy.

Need not worry for the side effects, get a scan done around 6-7wks, if gud you can continue and nt scan around 11-13 wks and double screening test. And tiffa scan at 18-20 wks these r routinely done for everyone but you should get it done fr sure.
