Sir, I aged 66 had underwent prostate surgery in 2018. After surgery also urine flow was slow and pain in abdomen. Now doctor done urodynamic test and told bladder is interactive. They advised urotone tablet. Whether this tablet works. What is alternative treatment for normal life.

Tablet urotone is to boost bladder power but no scientific evidence to support it but you need to get done other investigation (uroflowmetry or cystoscopy) then we can finalize your case and come yo conclusion as cisc self emptying of bladder is last option for your routine life.
