Dear doctor I am 29 year old female, got married 2 months ago. Me and my hubby is planning for the pregnancy. But my weight is 65 kgs right now. I wish to reduce my weight by having regular morning walk. But will it affect my pregnancy plan? Can I do morning and evening walking for 20 mins daily while trying to conceive?

You can walk it will not affect pregancy plan. Only walking will not reduce weight. To reduce weihght proper dieting is must, walking helps to maintain once it is reduced.
