Hello sir currently I consulting neurologist for my balance problems tinnitus and fast heart rate he prescribed me 4 vitb12 2500 mcg shots once a week after that he advised me to take vitb12 1500 mcg+folic acid 5 mg +vitb6 1.5 mg oral tablets daily my symptoms improved but my mcv and mch levels getting very low with high rbc count my rbc 5.63 ref range 3.5-5.50 mcv 71.6 ref range 83-101 mch 23.4 ref range 27-34 hb 13.2 ferritin 43.93 ng/ml serum iron 95 ug/dl.

Dear lybrate-user, just relax. Taking shot upon shot of vitamin b complex is no cure in the first place or to say empirical treatment is the best, jokes aside. You need a thorogh otoneurological examination with balance assesment. Dear Mr. lybrate-user, since you have tinnitus along with balance problems, a otoneurolgy work up is needed by a good ent surgeon. Since you mention that you have a fast heart rate and your blood picture is altered, a cardiovascular workup by a good physician is very vital.
