I have urine infection. Doctor gave me tablets and syrup after taking within one day symptoms of urine infection go away. It means no kidney infection right?

Hello, pyelonephritis (inflammation/infection of the kidneys) can be a complication of untreated cases of uti. It's highly unlikely in your case as you don't seem to have any symptoms of kidney infection such as fever, flank pain. Thank you.
