Good day, I have been in a recent bike accident and have wounds and bruises on my shoulder, arms, and leg. I took x-rays and cat scan, everything is normal. I am taking paracetamol+codeine, diclofenac sodium, and amoxicillin for it, as advised by local doctor. However, what troubles me most is I am coughing up blood and blood clots and my left eye is bloodshot (fully blood red). I am applying sodium hyaluronate 0.2% solution for my eyes. What should I do to reduce the redness and get rid of the blood clots?

Do not take painkiller tablets too much. Diclofenac can cause upper gi bleed. To rule out faciomaxillary fractures, get an ncct face done. For redness in eyes use folowing medications: k-fresh eyedrops 2 drops 3 times a day. Moxicip eyedrops 2 drops 4 times a day. Oint. Occupol around the eyes.
