Madam / sir, I am suffering from endometrial cyst. My cyst size is 4.3 * 4.5 cm.i have been taking ovral l tablets for three months and I am still bleeding a little. Informing the doctor, the doctor told me to take two tablets with a gap of seven days. But madam, if I take dienogest tablet instead of this tablet, do I have to give a gap of seven days?

Dear user, endometrial cyst usually doesn't respond well to ovral l tablets. Dienogest is better. But it must be taken daily without any gap, for minimum 3 months. You can consult online with proper usg reports and previous prescriptions to get better guidance.

Instead of ovral, dinogest taken continuously for 3 to 6 mths should work better to reduce the endometriotic cyst
