But doctor I have candid like symptoms over 2 months I apply candida cream regularly and cleaning also, then my doctor say stop ointment but after stopping ointment I feel itching again, and now I have fordyce spots in my mouth and white color on my tongue so I use candida mouth paint and flucos 50 mg by the direction of another doctor but still no recovery.

If you feel that your problem was relieved by antifungal treatment, we can assume fungal infection (either tinea or candida ). This problem may be reappear, when you stop treatment due to many reasons (inadequate treatment, steroid antifungal combination creams etc. ). Oral mucosa may have fordyce spot, oral candidiasis and many other diseases. In your case antifungals are not effective in oral lesions so this may not be oral candidiasis. One more thing, you should investigate about diabetes. If you have diabetes, control of this is very essential. So do blood suger and hba1c, consult your physician and your dermatologist and proper evaluate and take proper treatment.
