Hello doctor. After 2 early miscarriage .i had torch test ,n igg is positive but igm is negative. I am having medicine about rovamycin tablets n folic acid tablet .when can I try to get pregnant again with successful pregnancy, will infection harm my baby. I am worried a lot .please suggest.

yes it is possible to get successful pregnancy as only the IG part is positive you are not actively having a infection

If ig m is negative it means you don't have recent infection. So it doesn't seem to be an issue. And you haven't told which of parameter torch test is positive. You should also test for other causes of early miscarriage.

igg denotes past infection and igm denotes current infection. you must have had infection in the past at prese nt you are not infected . raised igg values will not cause any problem in your pregnancy
