Hello dear. You are doing the right treatment. In addition avoid red meat and spices. Take lots of fluids and veggies. Do sits baths with warm water thrice a day. Take softolax granules with water bed time. If the fissure doesn't heal by 3 weeks, then consult a good surgeon or proctologist, n you may need surgery then. Regards.
