Dear lybrate-user itching in private area is due to heat and humidity. It can be due to fungal / bacterial infections usually. You can wash the area with diluted betadiene solution. Apply candid powder on affected area and wear clean undergarments. Undergarments should be made of cotton and has to be washed and dried under sun.
