I'm brest feeding mom of 10 month baby I have eye problem near 1 week doctor told to take omnacortil tablet 60 mg daily morning my milk will affect my baby.

Hello. Steriod secretion in the milk is in very low amounts, so there won't be any major adverse effects to your baby. It is though advisable to wait for 1-2 hours after taking the tablet before feeding your child. Also, don't just stop the medication on your own. Dosage of steriod is always tapered (as your doctor will advise you) and then stopped.
