Hlo doctor I am 23 years old and my height is 5'7 and trying to conceive a baby but I have some health issues like pcod and periods irregular problems so I start m2 tone syrup but my weight is also very less only 43 kg and so can I start aptivate pineapple syrup if no then suggest me other medicine for weight gain and can I continue m2 tone syrup with the medicine please suggest me right medicine for weight gain and my health issues with no side effects.

You can take m2 tone but there is no need to take any medications for weight gain. Eat a proper healthy nutritious diet with a higher protein intake. If you have PCOS with irregular cycles, you may need medicines for ovulation induction
