I am having wheezing since the age of 2. I am 17 years currently. I used to take montek lc for many years and almost everyday. But recently, it has stopped working on me. So I started taking steam before 2-3 months. I use inhaler whenever I get wheezing, which is almost everyday. I also changed my tablet, which I take once in 4-5 days. Is there anything else I can do? How long will it take to go?

Hi, your wheezing may be hereditary as you are suffering from it since childhood. Do a pft test to assess your lung capacity and revert back with the report. Practice pranayama daily for 10-20 mins which will increase your lung capacity gradually.
