My father got viral pneumonia as per the ct scan with a score of 12/24. Though the covid antigen test was negative, he was admitted in icu and oxygen was given with injections and medicines. Doctors said this is a kind of covid infection only. He was discharged when the next ct score came to 5/24 and the spo2 level around 96-97 without oxygen support. Now after 3-4 days his symptoms are nil, he is eating his diets and medicines properly but the spo2 is fluctuating around 93. May we give him duolin or budecort in nebulizer to make his o2 levels better.
