I have 2.4 year baby boy. 4 days ago he vomiting now from three days he had watery stools 10 to 12 times .doctor prescribed zn 20, taxim o forty, zofer ,but my baby don't stop watery stool .what can I do?

Profuse watery stools are signs of viral diahrrea. Antibiotics should not have been prescribed to your child. Viral diahrrea are self limiting hence if baby is active playing well and urine output is good then no need to worry about diahrrea. It will stop. I would suggest give max ors.
