My daughter had slight dizziness and slight low bp. Was given meconerv 500 by doc. Her b12 is around 375. After she started it she got severe constipation. Stopped it in one week. Constipation improved but has got slight numbness on her left side. Is it because of tht tab, please advice how to solve it?

Dear user, the b12 values are on the higher side which explains the numbness. No need for any medication to counteract the symptoms. She will become alright in due time. Meanwhile discontinue the medication and increase the salt in her diet to prevent a low bp situation. Also increase the fibre in her diet in the form of fruits, vegetables and nuts (list of foods available online). Good luck.
