I am 7 week 3 days pregnant my pre pregnancy scan done on 6th week baby heart beat has some and blood test everything is normal. But I don't have any symptoms except back pain sometimes on n off. And nausea once in a 2 days that's it. Is it normal not to have much symptoms? And I have mild period like cramping I will get panic when I get that cramp. Is period cramping normal?
