How is your stool consistency now? Usually what happens when you have chronic diarrhea which was in your case then you tend to loose your vitamin as there is less absorption from your gut. This malabsorbtion leads to deficiency of vitamins. Blood or rbcs need both iron and vitamin b12. So there may be anemic blood picture in your hemogram. Hope you are doing good if you need more suggestions you can consult a gastroenterologist to know the cause of diarrhea. For time being do a hemogram and consult a doctor and according to their suggestion stop iron tablets. Take iron and shecal at different times. If you are taking iron morning and night take shelcal with lunch.
