High creatinine is one among many reasons why patient requires dialysis. Duration of dialysis requirement, short term or life long, depends on type of kidney disease. Whether you like it or not there are no options other than dialysis/kidney transplantation. If you try any other form of treatment on somebody's advice, you will be playing with life of the patient.
